The house layout is nice. Certainly needs some paint, correcting up in some places and new home furniture. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. that island is nothing short of paradise and like 35 miles from this house. all the beaches we secluded and very little people on them. its nowhere close to crowded. cape san blas experienced the most people off every one of the beaches and even that wasn't what I call crowded". I do suggest bringing bug spray because there are some yellow fly type insects that appear out while in the early morning hours and when the Sunlight starts to established and they do bite. it had been nothing that will keep you indoors even though. there really are a few state parks from the area and every one of them are beautiful. beautiful is definitely an understatement to be honest! its a very family friendly place rather than the party scene. the people are friendly and their southern draw is too darn cute. this year was the first time I have been to this area in florida And that i will make this a yearly holiday. working flowering-stage with pristine properties was simple and easy. they're nice And that i almost certainly talked to all of these before I actually made it to indian pass. there is so much I could say but just pack up and go see for yourself. I loved that there have been 2 bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO perfect for Older people who would like to travel together. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not rent it yet again or suggest it to a colleague.

two Would have been nice to have screen doors with the patio doors so a person could open them and listen to the ocean. The pictures from the property should be up-to-date to match the home, it is pretty operate down and needs attention.
The residence is as advertised - nothing extravagant on the house but great location over the beach. No, the house just isn't full on the latest and best furnishings, but had plenty of area for our family of four, was clean, and experienced everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there was not many decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or damage.
